Comment: Not sure if this is the actual name of the company or just something they put in English just to have an English name. The picture of the abalone is kinda funky looking. Reminds me of a fried egg gone wrong. There was some writing on the side that said "Hong Kong style noodles". Not exactly sure what that is but let me tell you these noodles did not exactly soften up any. They stayed extremely firm and chewy and were actually annoying to eat since they never seemed to soften up any. The broth had a fishy smell and had a chicken, seafood, salty flavor. There was a large amount of cabbage and several pieces of corn which added texture as if it did not have enough due to the firm noodles. A pretty straight forward flavor. Overall not bad but the noodles could use some work.
