There was a sticker on the bowl in English of the ingrdients. Lets hope there was some translation issues, since I dont know what the heck y-mix and jm-base are. Instead of being the usual curly ramen noodles, the rice noodles are like cut spaghetti. Very thin and about 4 inches long. The broth was fairly spicy and there was a slight beef flavor. The green onion was sliced very thin, the thinnest I've seen in ramen bowls and there was a ton of it. This really helped the broth. Not a bad ramen from a company not well known. Overall: 4 |
