Comment: This will be my first review of some ramen by Sunlee. Listing the correct ingredients was not on the top of the list obviously. The noodles are made of mung bean and with my experience these style of noodles in ramen they tend to just clump together. Same thing for these. The noodles form a big mass and just sink to the bottom of the bowl. The broth was clear and smelled of mushrooms. A salty and mushroom flavor was the basis of the broth. Not much else could be tasted. There was a huge amount of mushrooms which made you realize if you did not know by now this is mushroom flavored. One thing is for sure if you do not like mushrooms this ramen is not for you, but I do like them so other than the noodles being difficult to eat a pretty good ramen.

Comment: Another mung bean noodle offering from Sunlee. I am getting where I just do not like these type of noodles in a ramen do to the fact they just lump together at the bottom of the bowl. The broth had a salty, sweet and sour flavor with a nice hint of spicyness at the end. At times you could detect a meaty flavor but mostly the sourness came through in the broth. Which is typical of a tom yum soup. The broth also had an oily feel to it due to the garlic oil. Not much in the way of veggies just some green onion. Overall another good ramen from Sunlee.
