This ramen seems to be geared toward the Korean market a spicy seafood flavor. The noodles were your typical chewy type which held up well in the broth. The broth had a strong fishy smell which is typical of this style. It had a strong seafood flavor with a salty background. Overall, it was not as spicy as other Korea ramens. The pieces of dried squid were chewy and went well with the broth. Overall, not a ramen. Overall: 4 |
