Watson is an African Grey parrot. He eats everything, from sunflower seeds which are rich in fat to grapes and green peas. When his owners are out-of-town, Watsons stays in the bird room at Indian Hills, where he picks up all kinds of new sounds and phrases. Watson can imitate the autoclave sterilization machine, his mom's cell phone, and several of the employees at Indian Hills.
