Have you registered to the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy yet? Reading the following message from Liu Yong, you'd better do it soon if you haven't. The needed form can be downloaded here.

As you know, the Chinese new students or post-docs in the Netherlands are requested to fill in aregistration form. This form will be sent to the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy. The registration has mainly two purpost: First, you can get an official proof from the Education Section based on your registration form. When you go back to China after finishing the sdudy in the Netherlands, the official proof from the Education Section is required for your diploma to be notified in China. If you did not register, the Education Section would refuse the proof. Second, you can buy some products for tax free in China with the official proof. For example, you can buy a importing car with tax free.
