| The obsession with Counter-Strike all began just before the summer of 2000. I was currently obsessed with another game, Delta Force (check out DFWorld). A member of my old Delta Force squad, KWC, was explaining to me why he had quit. What he ended up doing was showing me all about a new game. Counter Strike. One look at the site and I was obsessed with the game. | So, I downloaded it and began playing it. Overall, I neglected studying for most of my exams because of this great game. When Nick saw this game, it was all he needed to live. It got inside his head and made itself all he could think about. So, for his birthday I got him Half-Life so |
he could dowload Counter-Strike and play as much
as myself. Unfortunatley his ping
was considerably higher than mine, since
his computer
is equivilant to half an elephant testicle. But now we can play eachother over the internet.
It's fun for me to have yet another way to kick Nick's ass. Our favorite server is
Nitro's Counter-Strike Emporium. Here, I am known as
kaiserYMC, Nick is known as
its_TMP_time, fred is known as
maniacKILLA, and Craig is known as
Shock0neThree.
