Bastooine System
The Bastooine system contains the worlds Orellon I and II, though Orellon I is actually a large barren moon orbiting the
inhabited world of Orellon II.
Orellon I
The large barren moon that orbits Orellon II.
Orellon II
Located in the Bastooine system, Orellon II is a world of jungles, plains, and volcanic mountains separated by oceans and
orbited by the large barren moon called Orellon I. The planet is the homeworld of the primitive Kentra, a species of winged,
fur-covered aliens who can fly in the world's slightly less-than- standard gravity. The world's five million Kentra are divided into
four racial types: the jungle, spotted, striped, and brown folk, who all inhabit different terrain types. The Kentra live in seven
major cities, including the capital city of Kariish (where King Jerius rules) and Ironwall (the domain of Jerius' rival, Lord
Mogotah). Plant life on the planet includes the buntra tree, while some of the deadly predators include hornbeaks, voontragi,
avian criers, and lizardlike gliders.
Years ago, Michael Tandre, a geologist and Jedi knight, crashed his ship Alpha Kentrum on Orellon II. He became the spiritual
leader of the Kentra, teaching them to follow the disciplines of the Sword, Plow, and Spirit and leaving computer programs to
guide them after his death. The Kentra built the Temple of the Je'ulajists (a corrupted form of "geologists") in the jungle around
the Alpha Kentrum, and worshipped the memory of the Prophet Tandre. A starfish-shaped scoutship, built by a race of
long-extinct aliens, is hidden in Orellon II's jungle and has been sending out scout droids to collect specimens for examination
and collection.

Greater Plooroid Cluster
The Greater Plooriod Cluster (located within the Greater Plooriod sector) is a large area containing the planet Corsin, which
was the site of prestigious swoop races until its occupation by the Empire. The Plooriods also contain several vital agricultural
worlds, and the Cluster had been the primary grain supplier to the Empire in the sector. The entire Cluster was formerly ruled
by the ruthless Overlord Ghorin. Following the Battle of Yavin, Ghorin agreed to supply the Alliance with badly-needed grain,
but double- crossed the Rebels by providing them with tainted food cargoes. The Alliance responded by making it appear as if
Ghorin was cheating the Empire, and Darth Vader personally executed the Overlord for his supposed treason on the planet
Plooriod III. The sector also contains Imperial Drydock IV, from which several Interdictor cruisers departed to join the Outer
Rim Imperial fleet.
Corsin
Located in the Greater Plooriod Cluster, Corsin was a beautiful world known for its love of life until it was forcibly subjugated
by Imperial troops. Alliance historian Voren Na'al witnessed the start of the military occupation while covering the prestigious
swoop races on Corsin.
Drydock IV
This drydock was part of the Empire's vast starship repair structure. After the Battle of Endor it was abandoned by the Imperial Forces that remained.
Plooroid I
A planet in the Greater Plooroid Cluster.
Plooroid II
A planet in the Greater Plooroid Cluster.
Plooroid III
The brutal Overlord Ghorin, the ruler of the Greater Plooriod Cluster during the reign of the Empire, kept a small palace on Plooriod III atop a rocky spire in a
peaceful sea. It was here that Darth Vader visited and killed Ghorin for his apparent doublecross of the Empire, in the time
following the Battle of Yavin.
Plooroid IV
The Alliance captured a group of Overlord Ghorin's Y-wing fighters near Plooriod IV, for use in a elaborate plan to discredit
the Overlord in the eyes of the Empire. Later, the Imperial frigate Red Wind was discovered near the planet and was destroyed
by Alliance corvettes.
