Zeus Sector
Sector 63 - 1

This section of Galactic Sector 63, known commonly as the Wyl Sector, contains the Ilont and Ten Tempests Systems.

------------

Ilont System
This system was the sight of a system wide battle between a remnant of the Empire and the New Republic.

Ansion
This planet is located near Vortex, and is orbited by two moons. The homeworld of the Ansionian people, Ansion is a world covered with sweeping grasslands and plains. This landscape is often swept by high winds, as there are few mountains to break up the wind. As a result, most species found on the planet are either avians which ride the winds or sure-footed enough to remain on the ground. However, there are stands of trees and sharp, volcanic vents dotting the landscape, breaking the seeming monotony of the plains. Some ten years after the Battle of Naboo, Ansion was one of the first planets to vote to secede from the Old Republic, an event which held great political implications. Unknown to many, Count Dooku and the leaders of the growing secession movement had planned to use Ansion as the first of several planets to actually secede. Hoping that a plethora of planetary alliances would be enforced, Dooku believed that many more planets would follow Ansion and secede, thereby destroying the already fractured Republic. However, the Jedi Knights were dispatched to ensure that Ansion remained part of the Republic. Eventually, an accord between the peoples of the plains and the city dwellers was made to remain with the Republic, forestalling a great turmoil in the Republic.

Atarrn
The location of an Imperial interrogation and brainwashing facility. Some four years after the Battle of Hoth, the facility was shut down by a group of rebel fighters.

Edonaaris
The pleasure ship Malka'an Eternal, abandoned after a mishap, crashed on the rainy, muddy world of Edonaaris. The ship's droid SCr-114 managed to survive the crash and killed the members of a salvage team inspecting the wreck. Stealing their transport, the droid later became a notorious Outer Rim smuggler.

Space Station Kwenn
The last fuel and supply stop before the Outer Rim. The citylike station features everything a weary spacer might need. Space Station Kwenn is built atop a large docking platform made up of scores of modular space docks and hanger bays. It's lower levels consist of dry-dock gridwork used for parking, overhauling, or otherwise repairing capital ships.

Ten Tempests System
This system is the home system of the Vors.

Arashi
Arashi is one of two moons of the planet Burrasca. Arashi is a plesant world, covered in lush jungles and deep seas. The explorer Fidga Brell once visted the moon.

Badai
Badai is one of two moons of the planet Burrasca.

Burrasca
This is the third world in the Ten Tempests System. It is a desert world with very little water. The native animal life includes the Bandercoot, a small scaled animal that burrows theu the desert sand.

Daluuj
A fog-shrouded, watery world lashed by dangerous atmospheric storms and home to a remote Imperial training outpost. After Admiral Ackbar and several other Mon Calamari landed on Daluuj in escape pods, Han Solo and his companions attempted to rescue them. Huge lake worms dragged the Millennium Falcon under water, but it was retrieved when the worms turned their attention to a group of attacking Imperial speeders.

Orage
Orage is the sun of the Ten Tempests System.

Ovader
Ovader is the location of a Vor colony. These colonists felt that life on Vortex was becoming to structure. Their colony is based on the communal lifestyle which they believe gives them plenty of time to engage in their own pursuits.

Procella
This is the second planet in the Ten Tempests System. Procella is a world covered almost entirely in water and is given to great Tidal activity due to its axis. There is a space platform in orbit that was once a water reclaimation facility for the Empire.

Tempesta
Located in the Zeus Sector, Tempesta is the site of several pinga farms run by the Vandron Clan.

Tormenta
The sole moon of Tempesta, Tormenta is the home of the Toma-Ru. The Toma-Ru are a race that look fiercer than they actually are. This is because of the horns that grow out of their forehead and the reddish pigment in their skin. The world is a mixture of climates and ecostructures that include plains, beaches, mountains and valleys.

Vortex
Vortex, the homeworld of the hollow-boned, winged Vors, is a blue and gray planet with a sharp axial tilt causing sudden seasonal changes and severe windstorms. The Cathedral of Winds, the center of Vor civilization, is an immense glassy structure designed to produce tones when Vortex's wind currents pass over and through it. The Vors perform a beautiful concert of etherial music by opening and closing orifices in the building with their bodies. The Vors are an emotionless species, and tend to concentrate on larger goals rather than on individuals. They refused to perform their music for off-worlders during the reign of the Empire, and have only recently allowed New Republic and other dignitaries to attend these shows. All recording is prohibited, and only one concert is performed each year. The Vors inhabit underground dwellings during the storm season, which can be seen from above as small mounds arranged in rings in the purple, vermilion, and tan grasses of the plains. During a visit to Vortex by Admiral Ackbar and Leia Organa Solo, Ackbar's sabotaged B-wing crashed into and destroyed the centuries-old Cathedral of Winds and killed at least 358 Vors. A different, more streamlined Cathedral was then constructed by the Vors to replace the one destroyed in Ackbar's crash.
