Tammuz System
A System out beyond the Outer Rim.

Jubliar
A penal colony orbited by a single moon. It is used by several nearby worlds as a dumping ground for their criminals. The inhabitants have organized themselves into armies, and fight each other in a constant series of brutal wars. One of the planet's cities is called Death (formerly known as Dying Slowly), and contains the slum of Executioners Row and the huge Victory Forum, where the Regional Sector Number Four's All-Human Free-For-All extravaganza is held. Fifteen years before the Battle of Hoth, Boba Fett was on Jubilar on an assignment. While there he saw a young Han Solo sucessfully defend himself in the Free-For-All against the other three contestants. Fifteen years after the Battle of Endor, Han Solo returned to Jubilar to make a smuggling run for old times' sake. He found the Victory Forum and many other areas of the city in ruins as a result of the constant waring. Jandarra, green vegetables grown only in Jubilar's desert and in a few hydroponics tanks, is a popular export.
