Hi everyone. This is Brandon Mills. It's finals week, and I'm cramming to get everything done really fast here at WVUTech. Anyhow, I checked WebCT today, and it looks like I have a webpage I didn't even know about due tomorrow. Yowzers!

Since I'm out of stuff to talk about, here is a recipe for some good hummus. ^.^ 

16 ounces tahini
1 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon salt
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons hot sauce (tobasco)
3 cans garbanza beans, drained ( total ounces around 50)

In processor, mix well tahini, lemon juice and water.  add rest
of ingredients and process until smooth.
