What are Classes like?

Children's classes are approximatlry 30 minutes long while Junior and Adult classes last one hour.  Each class begins with a series of warm-up exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles and joints.  After warm-ups, basic kicking and punching drills are preformed followed by falling, joint-technique, and forms practice.  Additional forms practice, weapons training, advanced kicking intruction and/or sparring complete the daily workout.  Students receive ample individual attention from the award winning instructors.  Each individual is allowed to progress at his or her own pace according to their abilities.
