1. Ubar's word is LAW. No ifs, ands, or buts. Turia is now ruled soley By Ubar.(this may or may not change see law 28)

2. Y/you MUST obtain permission to PM Free Persons. If You wish to PM a slave, You should ask their Master/Mistress, and, if They are not present, the Ubar or Ubara, or the first girl, who would know whether they are allowed to speak to Another. sister slaves may PM each other without permission.

If a slave is PMed without permission being given the slave is to post the PM in public.

3. If You wish to join Turia, please visit often, read the pages, and boards. It is required that You get to know the M/members and O/our ways first. Ubar has now ruled a two week waiting Period is required for new Members.
Ubar may wave the waiting priod if HE deems it is in the best interest of Turia

The two week waiting period begins at the time of the request to either Ubar Kayne/ADINA or Ubara ADINA/Kayne for consideration. At that time, You will be given tags reading Applicant for Membership
Turia WM to wear during this waiting period. At the end of the 2 weeks Ubar Will decide on Y/your application.

However...Applicants will Be treated as Members and have to adhere to the laws of Turia and should be treated acoordinly
Furthermore, if You ever wish to leave the Home You must speak to Ubar/Ubara first as to not do so is dishonorbale.

The Oath is very important and must not to be taken lightly.~s~.

4. Respect Turia! If Y/you visit other Homestones, do Turia proud by acting responsibly. If Y/you are visiting U/us, please follow O/our rules ~s~.

5. Please don't choose "Visitor", "Guest", "Annoymous" as names. After all, W/we do welcome A/all, so don't be shy :) (see rule 25)

6. slaves who are out of line will be punished, but ONLY by their Master or Mistress. If They are not present, the Ubar or Ubara may punish them, or the first girl may correct them. Otherwise, they are to be caged or gagged until their Master/Mistress deals with them. But only their Master/Mistress may whip them.

7. If you are a slave, remember to do your Master/Mistress proud. you wear Their collar, so don't make them think twice about letting you have such a privillage. slaves should NEVER be out of line. Be respectful to your Master/Mistress!

8. M/members are expected to greet non-M/members and vice versa.

9. Breaking a rule or law could end up in a beheading!

10. slaves MUST always beg to serve. If No One wants anything, then You are expected to do chores.

11. For any collaring or deaths of a slave, the post will be saved and the Ubar will review. If found to have merit, it will stand; if not, Ubar will void it.

12. Turia is now a kill capture Home. However the rules of the home must be followed for it to BE accepted or honored. Spar/Kill/Capture laws

13. Please respect the girls who wear ~restricted~. Usually that girl is restricted to her Master/Mistress or to only Members.

14. All slaves collard within Turia will be in a Turian Collar. When training is complete Ubar May or May not give or sell the slave to Whom He wishes.
Those bought from Ubar or ones who where already owned at the time a Person joins are Property of the Owner. The Owner is to seek and secure training. The Owner is responsible for the slaves They own...if You can not over see them then maybe You should limit the number You have.....Trainign can be done by a Turian Trainer if the Owner wishes or by an outside Trainer. *Note Turian T/trainers will not tolerate whiney behavior or non compliance..such will be reported to Owner and slave may be refused for future training if the slave demonstrates an inablilty to compile to an appropraite behavior, if this happens the Owner will be expected to secure training outside the home*
All slaves will be tested according to Turain standards.

15. Any slave gifted to a Free will return to a Turian collar should the Master /Mistress decide to leave Turia or is killed.

16. All M/members are to read and post to the message boards. If You do not have time to show inerest in Tuira, then perhaps Y/you should seek a different Home.

17. All Persons wishing to ride a tarn must pass a basic test. No this is not a permit. It is simply to keep All safe and avoid looking like lamers or as Some say Disney.

18. FW are to act as such or risk a collar

19. Dualing in Gor is not accepted by this home

20. All Pages are to be read so that A/all know what is and is not expceted. Faliure to read them is no excuse

21. If a raid or if A/any feel T/they are in danger Y/you are to go to the servery and bolt the door. The FM will see to the Intruder(s). When told all is clear the FW and slaves will come out and offer and assit in aid if needed

22. FW of the Home Must obtain Ubar's approval before becoming Intended or FCed. This will ensure the Honor of Turia is upheld as only FW who have shown honor in Their words and actions will be allowed to become intended or Fc'ed.

23. As per Ubar's ruling, A/any inactive M/members, W/who demonstrate the lack interestin learning, the lack of progress in learning, O/ones who show a lack of Honor can be removed From this Home
Ubar can refuse fire, water ands salt if He choses to do so. HE is Ubar
W/we seek quality not quanity..R/t is a reasonable and acceptable exception to removal for inactivity please post to the board r/t so the F/family will not expect to see Y/you.

24. W/we do not use the language examples jashi, dela, ect...However W/we do realize some do and W/we will respect each Home's choice.

25.Those of the black caste please reado over the for Y/you information pages before attempting to take a contract here in Turia.

27. Spar rules for Friendly/practice spars, Honor Spars and Death Spars, as well as Rules for judging will be adhered to for all spars held within the City. (see FYI for the rules)

28. Ubar can and may change and or alter the laws as HE deems fit.

29. As this is on line gor, None may challenge for the title Ubar. Should Ubar Kayne wish to step down HE will appoint an Ubar, again as HE sees fit. Some of these rules may seem obvious Others are here to advise. All the laws of Turia are important and are to be read and understood before A/any ask to join Tuira.
