In this discipline the female is
forbidden human speech. She is also forbidden human posture, in the
sense that she is not allowed to rise to her feet. Her locomotion, unless

be on all fours. Her food will be thrown to her, or put in pans on
the ground. In eaither case, she must feedd without the use of her hands.
