1.Turia's Ubar's word is LAW.

2.Y/you MUST obtain permission to PM Free Persons. If You wish to PM slave, You should ask their Master/Mistress, and, if They are not present, the Ubar or Ubara to Turia Ubar or the first girl, who would know whether they are allowed to speak to Another. Sister slaves may PM each other without permission. If a slave is PMed without permission being given the slave is to post the PM in public.

3.If you wish to join Turia, please speak to the City Administrator. Visit often, and read the pages. .

4.Show pride in your homestone with your actions, for they speak louder than words. While in Turia, guests are subject to City law and punishments if the law is broken.

5.Everyone who enters Turia should have a name unless a messenger or NPC. We do encourage you to take a name, as it helps us to greet you, and you then can learn about Turia.

6.Slaves who are out of line will be punished, but ONLY by their Master or Mistress. If They are not present, the Ubar, Ubara or the City Administrator may punish them, or the first girl may correct them. Otherwise, they are to be caged or gagged until their Master/Mistress deals with them. But only their Master/Mistress may whip them.

7.Personally owned slaves must do their Master or Mistress proud. you wear Their collar, so do whatever it takes to ensure they don't think twice about it. Above all else, be respectful to your Master or Mistress.

8.Everyone is expected to greet everyone else, regardless of whether they be guest or member.

9.The penalty for breaking the law may be anything up to and including death.

10.Slaves must always offer to serve or else be doing chores.

11. All slaves sold that are in a {Tur} collar must remain in the City for 4 weeks, if their owner leaves under that period of time, they will automatically revert to {Tur} collar. No ifs ands or buts. In other words, if you think you can join, buy a slave, and leave, it won't stick.  You must remain an active member for 4 weeks, otherwise the slave's ownership reverts back to their being the property of Turia.  This is to protect the city from slave thieves.

12.Please respect the girls who wear ~RR~ or ~Pleasure silk restricted~ . Usually that girl is restricted to her Master/Mistress or to only Members.

13.Free Women of the room will wear appropriate attire for the room. AV's need not be veiled, but the Free Woman's AVI must be that of good taste. Any AV that shows excess skin or nudity will be grounds for a collar. In short, keep those AV's tasteful, You are not a slave, you are a proud FW.

14.As this is a roleplay room, Dualing is accepted ONLY if the second character is a Non-Player Character (NPC). The second character will add (NPC) following the name or description of the character. For example: Saddle Maker (NPC). Once the NPC's purpose in the role play is fulfilled, the NPC character must leave. If it is found that a member of Turia is Dualing as two Player Characters in two different rooms or the same room at the same time, the member will be executed.

15.In times of raid or if there is any danger, all non-combatants (Females, slaves, Physicians) will go to a safe location to be determined by the City Administrator. The Free Men present, except for Male Physicians, will deal with the intruders. Exit the safe area only when told to do so. Offer to assist in first aid if needed.

16.A/any inactive M/members W/who show a decided lack of learning or a lack of honor will be removed from the Turia membership list. The only exception to this is R/T. Post a message to the message board if R/T will take you from Turia for a period of time.

17.Spar Rules will be based on what is decided by The Ubarate Council at the time of the spar. This is understood by accepting a spar in the city, no ifs, ands or buts.

18.Members do not kill Members. Turia is a Members only kill Zone. Ask the Ubar or Ubara for clarification.

19. Slaves when they enter wearing either ~O~ or just their name are collared in a {Tur} collar not a personal one. Slaves are never sold out of the city. If you enter and are ignorant of the rules prepare to deal with it. FW who enter unescorted are caged, if no one comes for them in 18 hrs they are then collared to the city as a slave.

20.AS Per the Ubar -- no FW are to travel without an escort, if I find any FW traveling without an Escort and a Turian Escort, She will be punished, and if She does it again She will be enslaved.

All the laws of Turia are important and are to be read and understood before A/any ask to join Turia.

1.All Free Women will act as such or else they will be caged, gagged, and /or collared. That means watch Your Mouth and mind Your place.

2.Public displays of acting as A Woman in heat will result in a collar.

3.AV's are to not resemble a slave, that simply means cover it or wear a collar.

4.A Free Woman can and may speak Her mind (done so showing respect always). However if told to hold Her tongue by a Free Man and She does not then she risks cage, gag, and/or collar.

5.Always remember a Free Woman must show Free Men due respect or be prepared for the consequences.

6.A Visiting Free Woman MUST state on her tags that she is wearing a veil unless a savage or wagon person, or a Turian Citizen. Failure to do so may expose Her to a collar.

7.Free Women DO NOT travel alone without first having Permission of the Ubar. In the books FW were escorted by large palequins of fighting slaves, or FM of their home. We proudly uphold this rule of the books. Remember when you travel the steel of the FM you travel with protects you. Choose wisely. The only acceptable escort is a Turian One.

8.When in doubt as to what You are going to do or say is appropriate, don't say or do anything.

9.A Free Woman is subject to the will of Free Men. A Free Woman can and will be collared, caged and/or gagged if She does not respect Her Freedom and remember Her place.

10.Visiting Free Women are subject to caging and/or gagging if they fail to obey the laws of Turia.

There seem to be two major reasons why Free Women are seldom raped on Gor. First, it is thought that They, being free, are to be accorded the highest respect, and secondly, slave females are regarded as being much more desirable. -Guardsmen of Gor, p184

1. Know the Kaji Commandments to the point you know them by heart.

2. No dualing, this is self explanatory, there is only one persona per person on gor. To be caught dualing WILL have consequences.

3. No Pm's to Free without Permission, Incidentally if a Free PM's you without permission from a Free of the Stone, you are to C/P it into the open. At any time you may pm a sister or brother slave without permission.

4. Slaves NEVER address or respond to anons, dots, and Non Goreans. By encouragnig them, you only ask for a headache.

5. Cooperate with your brothers and sisters they may know things you do not, many hands make light work.

6. A slave shall NEVER Be disrespectful to a Free, remember you always have the LAST word, 'Yes Master or Yes Mistress.' Though not always right a Free is NEVER Wrong.

7. A slave shall ask to leave 3 times at least 1 minute apart, before leaving. If it is rti (real time emergency) you may go but be prepared to explain why you left later.

8. All slaves shall do their share of chores, be it slave of Turia or Private owned. There are no Prince or Princess slaves/subbies here, this is Gor, deal with it.

9. No 'silk' color is better than any other, those who 'show off' will quickly find themselves demoted in rank.

10. If not certain of a person being Male or Female, greet them as Master. if incorrect, promptly beg foregiveness and correct yourself.

11. Always ask to serve, (if you are permitted to) each person individually, there is nothing ruder then asking aloud can you get anyone something. If there are more then 10 people in the room, then asking a mass serve is permitted.

12. A slave, if given a gift, will give it to his/her owner. It is their choice if a slave may have it or not.
