Collegiate Art
Scenes of college landmarks and mascots always make great gifts, and that's exactly how this side of my art got started.  After I gave my first (the UGA arches) and saw the reaction it brought, I began doing more and more and gave them to family and friends for Christmas, birthdays, and weddings (this last one worked really well - I gave the "Bulldog and Arches" shown below to some friends at their wedding, and it turned out that his groom's cake was a big red "G" and was surrounded by UGA memorabilia).  Click on any picture below to see a larger image, and let me know if you are interested in prints of any of the drawings shown here.

That's right, I'm a Dawg.  I bleed red & black.  What started as simple doodling turned into the side of my art that generally gets the most attention.  Keep an eye on this section, because it will continue to grow.  Some of the originals in this section have been given as gifts and are unavailable, but I generally have prints made, so please ask if you see something you like.  Also, I am always looking for ideas for a new piece in this category, so please make suggestions (I occasionally do originals by request).

The original was done for my brother, who is a Techie (tragic, isn't it?).  Prints are available, and new pieces occasionally pop up in this section.
If you have ever seen this campus, you know that no drawing can do it justice.  I did try, however, and have had fairly good interest from the few that have attended the school.  I graduated in 2000, but moved on to UGA afterwards (guess I didn't know everything yet).  I still root for the Paladins, but now I bleed red & black.
