Sigma Gamma Chapter History
The University of Tulsa
Founded 1924
On April 23, 1924, the Sigma Gamma Chapter was installed under the sponsorship of Albert and Florence Lukken.  Mr. Lukken was the dean of the School of Music at The University of Tulsa.  Sixteen Charter Members were initiated that day at the Lukken's home.  National President Hazel Ritchey was the installing officer.

*Millie is the only member that is still alive today.  She was born in 1903, the year SAI began. She hopes to celebrate her 100 b-day with SAI's 100th Birthday at the 2003 SAI National Convention.
