Sangeeth To Direct Tusshar & Aftab
  CHURA LIYAA HAI TUMNE may not have worked
at the box-office, but director Sangeeth Sivan has bagged a plum assignment after its release. Sangeeth has been signed by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Films to direct their next venture, which is expected to star Tusshar and Aftab Shivdasani in the lead. “The star cast is more or less finalised,” Sangeeth divulges, adding, “We've decide to make a horror film.” Meanwhile, Sangeeth's Jackie – Raveena starrer SANDHYA is all set for release in June this year. “If you felt that C.L.H.T. was a polished fare in terms of technique, SANDHYA will bowl you over completely,” he remarks. In the meantime, a song from the film –'Maar Gayo Re' [picturised on Sophiya Haque] – has caught on in a very big way.

Sohail To Play Second Fiddle To Tusshar
 Sohail Khan will play a marginal role alongside nikamma boy Tusshar Kapoor in director Satish Kaushik’s next film. Sohail had been lying low ever since the poor run of his acting and directorial debut Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. He did plan to start a new film (out of his own pockets) sometime back but gave up the idea of wielding the megaphone for the flick. It seems the dashing Khan is keener to focus on his acting for the time being. He recently clinched an offer to play the second fiddle to Tusshar Kapoor in a yet-to-be-titled romantic comedy to be directed by Satish Kaushik. The film, to go on floors in the coming months, will also star a debutante actress. Her name is being kept under the wraps as of now.

Tusshar IN Akshaye OUT 
Tusshar Kapoor has been signed in Akshaye Khanna's place for " Khakee ". It may be noted that Akshaye Khanna opted out of the film because he did not have the dates though insiders insist that Khanna had differences with the director Rajkumar Santoshi. Tusshar Kapoor has been roped in to do Khanna's role. "I'm very excited about the film," Tusshar said. Khakee also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, Jaya Prada, Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai.

Tusshar- Natassha: Trial by fire
 
Though Tusshar Kapoor and Natassha's last film Kuch To Hai did average business at the box-office, their next film Yeh Dil is showing immense promise. The film is a remake of a south hit Nuvu Nenu, an intense romantic story. Produced by Manohar Prasad and P Kiran and directed by Tejaa the film is expected to hit the theatres this month. Negotiations are being finalized with the distributors. Like father Jeetendra, Tusshar surely has the survival instinct.

week-long shooting spell of Shri Siddhivinayak Films "KUCH TO HAI" was completed at Film City on Nov. 1. Jeetendra
and Tusshar participated. Meanwhile, Anu Malik recorded the
first song of the film at Audeus on Oct. 25. Penned by Sameer,
it was rendered by Sonu Niigam. Being produced by Shobha Kapoor
and Ekta Kapoor and directed by Anurag Basu, the film co-stars

Ekta Kapoor did not include brother Tusshar in her new untitled film directed by Santaram Varma ( Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kaahin Kissii Roz ) and starring Sohail Khan, Isha Koppikar and Anita.
Kapoor says, "If I had taken my brother in this film, it would have been a somewhat similar role to what he played in my last film Kucch To Hai ( Tusshar, Esha Deol, Anita ). Tusshar is an ocean of talent. His best is yet to come. I am on the verge of casting him in two awesome projects, which I am going to announce very soon."
Ram Gopal Varma's magical touch gave a new lease of life to Urmila Matondkar and Fardeen Khan's sagging careers. Now, the ace filmmaker is showing a keen interest in the hero of Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai (Kareena Kapoor) and Kucch To Hai (Esha Deol, Natassha) -- Tusshar Kapoor. A meeting between the two took place recently at Varma's office. Insiders suggest there is a strong possibility of Varma casting Kapoor in his forthcoming film.
Newcomer bags Ram Gopal Verma's Gayab !
She featured in Ram Gopal Varma's Mast, Company and Road. Next, Antara Mali will play Tusshar Kapoor's love interest in another untitled Varma film, where Kapoor plays a typical boy-next-door. The director is yet to be announced.
