Burgos in the distance. Only 18km to go! This was a 41km day. One of the toughest
so far. We have booked a room in hotel for tonight. Maureen had her hair cut short
in a little hairdressing salon on the outskirts of Burgos.

laptop hard drive packed up. Spent Day 11 frantically trying to revive it to no avail.
After speaking to colleague Richard Osmond, a replacement hard drive was organised
to be sent to Leon, our next big city along the way - about a week's walk away.
