The first example of one of my strong intelligences is that I am a musical learner. A musical learner is someone who likes to hum, sing, listen to music, or play an insrument. If this is true I am an exact match for a musical learner. I always am tapping on something my favorite rythms because I' m a drummer and I enjoy music. I also constantly hum, sing, and listen to my favorite songs either in my truck, while doing my homework or any time I'm just hanging around the house.
The second example of my strongest intelligences got the same score as my musical intelligence, and is a logical/ mathmathmatical learner. This type of intelligence involves learning best by categorizing, classifying and working with abstract patterns. Also people with this type of intelligence love to work with numbers, operations, and complex problems. This type of person tends to be systematic and organized. This discription fits me well I do like to work with numbers and complex problems; which is probably the reason why math is one of my best and favorite subjects. I also take systematic approaches and I'm organized besides my bedroom.
The final example and also my strongest type of intelligence is that I am a naturalistic learner. I learn best by studying natural phenomenon, in a natural setting, and learning hands on about how things work. I also Love to be outside in the woods camping, x-skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, hunting boating, or fishing. I have gone on several camping trips, hikes in the winter and summer, and also on canoe trips.When I was little I use to bring home cattipillars, lady bugs, spiders, and other insects just because it was something I enjoyed doing. I've also been hunting with my dad or myself scince I was eight.
One example of one of my weakest intelligences is my interpersonal strength. This type of intelligence involves learning from social interaction.
A person with this type of strength typicly has alot of friend , is good at creating a disscussion, and also likes to solve conflicts. I do have friends and I also learn by socially interacting, but it isnt the best or most efficient way I learn so it becomes one of my weakest intelligences.
Another one of my weakest intelligences is my verbal strength. I find this very easy to believe because english which involves verbal skills is my least favorite class. People who are a verbal learner like to play word games, solve word puzzles and also have a highly developed skills of reading, writing, and speaking. Some one that has this as a strong intelligence is a exact oppisite to me. I don't do bad in english, It's just a big drag for me.
After taking a intelligence survey and finding out my strong and weak intelligences I have concluded that I AM a outdoorsman. Simply because all of my intrest lay in that direction. Even the carrer I'm looking at takes place outdoors alot. I've decided when I go to colledge that I'm going to major in either Environmental or natural Science. I've always enjoyed hiking, hunting, swimming, canoeing, and other outdoor activities. I belive its because I do a lot outdoors that has caused the naturalist intelligence to be my strongest intelligence.
