The AshTaker came into the TWF early on, and almost was one of the Original 5. He began in the TWF being called 'MetalMan'. He wore a metallic mask and metallic-colour suit and was a huge hit with TWF Fans. He was usually accompainied by Phillippa, but that turned out to be a bad move and the two came to blows on many occasions. After this, as part of the TWF's mickey-take of the WWF, MetalMan became A-Pac. He was the X-Pac type character in the 'Young Age Outlaws' stable, which featured AJ Jeffers (HBK) and Triple J. He became a TWF European Champion during this time. After he became part of 'Darkness Rising', he was locked in a casket and was not seen for over 6 months, until he returned.
When he did return, he came back as The AshTaker. Not the kind of AshTaker we know today. The AshTaker loved the fans and aided NJS in a vital victory at WrestleMania II and this is where he became the TWF UK Heavyweight Champion. He defended the title all over the place before losing it at Summer Break. It was only in early 2002 did we begin to see the sadistic side of The AshTaker that we know today. He began tying people such as Marz, The Shott and NJS to his symbol and got himself involved in a war with Mr. BIG. After this he began chasing NJS, his former friend who he claimed betrayed him. The AshTaker then memorably upset all the odds when he defeated Mr. BIG in a tlC match, at King of the Ring and became TWF World Champion.
After this, across the street in XCW, The AshTaker engaged in a classic feud with his old adversery Mr. BIG. The two contested a classic fued, which ended at WrestleMadness when Mr. BIG buried The AshTaker alive. The AshTaker disappeared for a while after this, but he then returned, with his dark side even darker than before. Since then he has lost the championship but gone on to become one of the most feared superstars in the TWF, XCW and WEW Locker Rooms.
