| 8-6-03....once again, its been forever and a day since ive done anything to this shit. i'm gonna make this short and sweet. chevelle kicks serious ass. if you havent heard anything but their 2 singles, then you should most def look into buying their cd or dowloading all of it. its some good shit. ive seen them 2 times so far in the new yr. first was with disturbed, which put on a pretty good show. 2nd time was almost a month ago with KoRn. hell of a show. i got a damn black eye from catchin an elbow in the pit, but thats aight. i wasnt too mad about it. KoRn's new single "did my time" is fuckin incredible. i cant even describe the feelin i get when i hear it. gives me chills. their new cd, along with p.o.d.'s is supposed to be released sometime this fall. cant wait. i'm lookin forward to the new pod as well. thats it for now...late 9-11-02...alright, its been a while since ive added some stuff to this page, obviously. and of course lots of new music has come out since may, so i guess i'll just give the brief overview. i bought eminem's newest cd, and its alright. i like some of the songs on there, but i dont think it is as good as his 2nd cd. but whatever. i think korn's new cd kicks serious ass. i saw them play in columbus this summer and they are playin in dallas on halloween and i am tryin to get tickets. not that impressed with papa roachs cd, but maybe it will grow on me. it sucks that drowning pool's lead singer died on the ozzfest tour. i was looking forward to a new cd from them. i enjoy the one they have out now. i read today where chris coronell is getting back together with rage against the machine and they are going to put out a new album within the near future. should be interesting. i think thats it for now....oh yea, axl rose is a fuckin joke with that crap he pulled at the vma's. i thought his performance was sub par. but i guess he's rakin in tha bills, not me. 5-8-02......okie dokie, i think i'm gonna make this short and quick. lately ive been listening to the shit out of KoRn's 4th cd, Issues. which happens to be an incredible cd if i may add. in addition, ive been listening to it during this week, which ive entitled "national drunk week". therefore, it is rather ironic b/c i have a rule of my own that basically states that "if and only if i'm drinkin will i never listen to KoRn." however, in the pasta 2 days ive said fuck that rule and turned up the volume and pounded mad beers anyways. and holy fuck is it an incredible cd. how ive missed it sooooo much. gotta go drink with mobley, more to come later.......... |
