| 180 is a term used (pretty easy to figure out) to describe a one hundred-eighty degree spin. If your going off a ramp than get the air before you spin your back end forward so your toe edge points foward or you'll land leaning far backwards. | A backside 180 is a little bit harder than a frontside, but it's the same basic principle. Instead of spinning your back forward so your toe edge is out you spin your front backwards, and get enough spin because you'll need a bit more.If you only get half a spin, it's normal so don't get mad at yourself. |
