1. Open the toon in PSP -file open......

2. Take the eyedrop tool and left click the background and right click it, then to set the foreground color and the background color to the same.

3. Go to Colors at the top, where it says file and all that....under colors you need to go to set pallete transparency..

4. On the window that comes up you need to check the middle option...-pallete optimized octree, dont touch anything else...once you have done that press ok...

5. On the next window you again need to check the middle option...-set the transparency to the current background color

6. Now go to colors, view pallete transparency, the image should look like it has a checkerboard background....once thats done just save the image..

YOURE DONE! -simple huh?
