| Twin Pines Apartments is operated by WNC Management Inc. This community provides affordable housing for low to moderate-income households. We are governed by the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), The Tax Credit Allocation Committee, and the California Housing Finance Agency (CHFA). We have an on site management staff to meet the needs of the community. Our apartments are equiped with the basics, heat, a/c, range, oven, refrigerators, and garbage disposal. The one bedroom apartments are 650 square feet. The two bedroom apartments are 750 square feet and the three bedrooms are 935 square feet. All units have one full bathroom and a large pantry. Each unit has a storage room and small patio. There are no laundry hook-ups in any of the units. We do, however, have laundry facitlites on site.
