Twisted Faith
@ Omagh Rugby Club
At the start of the night,
Twisted Faith's lead guitarist, Waldo, did not show one bit of being nervous.
He was headstrong, and the band was going to show how good they were. They
really put on a cool show, playing all their cover songs well without any major
mistakes.
The crowd was moshing all
the way through the night, especially to Song 2. When the band planned to go
for a break, the crowd wouldn't stand for it. They wanted more! The most
successful song of the night was certainly "Zombie", sung and
beautifully by Ann Louise, and played perfectly by the band. It was so good
that the band was called to do it again as an encore when they reached the end
of their set. They obliged, brilliantly again, and then disappeared swiftly
from stage while requests continued to pour in. Always leave your fans wanting
more!
They could have done with
more practice on their own songs, since most of them were a bit sloppy,
although "Pop Is A Denial" was very entertaining. As Waldo says,
"Alice Deejay, who the Hell?" Over all, the band was excellent.
