| Comments: Thought I start a comment box so you can get an idea of what's going on with the playlist each month. I recently got a hold of Six String Malfunction's "Kirlian" and "Echokinetic". "Kirlian" is the re-release of the infamous tape that has eluded me for years it seems. It has been well worth the wait to hear tracks like "Next Time Forever" and "Breathing Shallow". Fuzzy AM static noise pop bliss that's beautiful to these ears. Just brilliant! I recommend you go get yourself a copy. Grab "Echokinetic" too while you're at it. I also received Astrobrite's "Pinkshinyultrablast" and "Sugarblast" in the mail. I don't have to tell you how incredible those are. Anyway, I was inspired to do something a little different with the playlist this time. So.... You'll hear the usual great tunes with a special focus on some of my favorite bands from the Beautiful Noise Scene. Remember that? Seems like yesterday when I first heard Alison's Halo's "dozen/calendar" 7" and decided to investigate further. Or was it For Against's "December" LP? Don't count on me to remember the defining moment. I can't even remember where I put my car key sometimes. Bottom line is the music still shines even now. I hope you like it.
