| When morning is breaking and a new day begins I find myself thanking my only true friend, Jesus God's only Son! With him all my battles, surely are won, I thank him for everything under the sun. At times I feel underserving of his love, To go on in God's world and not know what of. Of what is awaiting and when it will come, Although, through Jesus I know I can stand. It's as if he were here holding my hand. How wonderful a day is to awaken, And know there is no mistaken. For if you know Jesus, I know I do!
