" AS AN EXAMPLE "

Father God each day life in thee am I granted , thy precious gift of life even now and forevermore .

Resurrected from the death of sin and restored unto thy life of righteousness and holiness .

The Savior my Lord Jesus Christ came as an example to be followed, thy way my

Lord God made visible in the life my Lord lived .

In thy holy word of truth I do find directions to be followed instructions are found written therein .

Recorded is the life of the Lord Jesus, thy great love and compassion do I find in his teachings .

His testimony of Father God, leadership of thy gospel recorded for the believer .

Faithful and ever true, never failing are the words of thy promise, never have I thy child been forsaken of thee .

In the heights of thy glory and the low estate of mankind, even in my most sinful state did I find thee,

upheld of thee and strengthened to stand .

Thy love did speak to my heart, hardened and cold, thy warmth my Lord did soften and warm my heart .

Called forth of thee my Lord God from out of the land of darkness into thy holy light brought forth was I .

With loving and kind words Holy One ye did speak to my heart and soul, guided was I

ever so gently to be walking upon thy pathway .

Thy word ye my Lord God did place within my heart, given of thee in great love was thy

knowledge to understand and to accept thy forgiveness and grace .

Instructed of thee am I my Lord to walk as ye did walk, and to love as ye did love .

Seeing with thy eyes of mercy and compassion and hearing the cries of the needy .

Thy arms do enclose me my Lord, thy power does increase my heart to love .

Thy way my Lord Jesus is the only way into eternal life, to serve thee as I am served

blessed of thee am I . Only do I love thee .
