Almighty God, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, grant, we pray, that we might be grounded and settled in Your truth by the coming of Your Holy Spirit in our hearts. What we do not know, reveal to us; what is lacking within us, make complete; that which we do not know, confirm in us; and keep us blameless in Your service, through Jesus Christ our Lord. –St. Clement of Rome

NOELLE

A termite walks into a bar and asks, "Is the bartender here?"  Ha! Get it... is the barTENDER here?!!  That's an awesome joke.  So, I'm Noelle and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently a Human Development major at Christian Brothers University.  I'm minoring in Spanish and considering going to law school.  That's a long time to be in school.  But, I like to debate so it could be fun. Who knows. Not me.

Besides school, I love music - creating, composing, playing piano, singing, listening.  It's great.  I try my best to use the gifts and talents God has given me, for Him, so I do mostly Contemporary Christian music for youth groups and I play Masses and weddings and the like.  It's cool stuff and the people I play with are awesome.  Play music with. I'm 20.

I especially like jokes. My friends don't like my jokes, but its okay because I love them anyway.  Here's a really great one: "What did tarzan say when he saw an elephant coming?"  give up.....   An elephant is coming!!    That's a good one.

Now familial life... I'm the oldest of six kids: four sisters and one brother.  They're cool.  I taught them everything they know.  Three of my siblings are adopted which totally rocks, considering their moms loved them enough to give them life and happiness in a good family.

Tacos are my favorite food. That's not that important, nor is it relevant to the site, but I thought I'd share. Inquiring minds want to know.

Enjoy the site.  Send me jokes. :)

GARY

Hey y’all, my name’s Gary, and I’m 19.  I’m a sophomore at OU, and I’m going after a B.S. in Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with minors in Math and Business.  I don’t know exactly how but I’ve got it planned so that it’ll only take me 5 years to get all that stuff. My particular OU is the University of Oklahoma, not something that would make sense like Ohio University, or even Oklahoma University.

I’ve got a little sister named Jacey who’s a freshman at Bolton High School in Bartlett, and that’s all for me in terms of siblings.  My parents work for Northwest Airlines, so I get to go home to Memphis pretty much whenever I want for free 8-).

As of yesterday I’m a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza, and as of this summer I’ll be an intern for the National Weather Service in Norman, if all goes well.  I like playing disc golf, I enjoy working on my car and messing around with electronics in my spare time, and I’m into most kinds of music; but what really gets me going are the community service projects that the University Parish here offers from time to time.  For instance, we just went to Mexico over Spring Break and laid the foundation (no really, we literally laid the foundation) for a new rectory for a church in a rural mountain village, and it was the most fun I’ve had in a long time.  So maybe I’ve got a future in manual labor.

Anywho, I’ve spent a lot of time this past school year trying to discern exactly how I can best serve God; I’m not sure that I’m any closer to figuring it out, but I seem to enjoy talking (read: arguing) with my roommates about religion, and like I said earlier, I like manual labor, especially in the context of serving God.  So I’ve probably said too much already, but there you go.  Enjoy the site!

Take me home!
