| There are many parents that have chossen music therapy to help their children with sucess. Some use it to soothe restless children and calm the over stimulated sensory sensitive. Others use it as a teaching tool for speach delayed children. Parents have always found it useful for plain old fun as well. No matter what your use for music is, make sure you can stand it as well. Having a child with autism means using routines, if those routines include music that drives you crazy... well you get the picture.
