Here is something you don't see every day. Then again, you don't need one everyday. But when you do, where are you going to find one? This is the rear luggage area and the storage bins for a 1965 Corvette convertible. It should fit any from 1963 to 1967. Since the chassis are the same in 1968 to 1973, and very similar up to 1982, it may work with some modification in those years also. Why would you want it? If you have an old race car you want to return to the street, you may need the floor in the back. If you have an old race car you want to run with some vintage organization, they require cars be like they were in the '60s and early '70s so you need the floor. You found a great deal on eBay of a Sting Ray that someone started to make a drag car or a Pro Street car and tubbed the rear floor. Now you can get the car cheap but where do you find a stock floor?

Condition: As you can see, it is rough. There are a few holes in it where a previous owner needed access to the rear end mounting bolts. There are cracks around the driveshaft tunnel. The rear body mount pads are torn out. The spring perches for the convertible deck lid are rusted away. Still, you may find it is very usable and has what you really need for that old race car you are restoring.
Terms: We will not ship. The winner must pick it up or arrange to have it picked up. It isn't that we are not nice, but we frankly don't know how to ship something this size. The rough dimensions are 72 inches wide, 42 inches long, and 24 inches high. Weight is very light, although I have not weighed it on a scale. If I can find a means to ship it, I'll add that note to the auction and to the web page. Serious bidders only please. Bids will not be accepted from anyone with a total negative feedback. Due to bad experiences in the past, we cannot accept bids from buyers with 0 feedback unless you contact us by email before placing your bid! We reserve the right to cancel anyone with negative or zero feedback who bids without contacting us first. Bid
retractions: - If you make a mistake, your kid plays with the computer, or
whatever, contact us first. We can cancel your bid and save you from
having a retraction on your feedback. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close or bid will be cancelled. Payment may be made by money order, certified check, or PayPal. No personal checks, please.
