YEs. there has to be some rules... ill try to keep it simple:

&! No racist sites will be accepted
&! No Anti sites will be acccepted
&! Anyone can join but if you have a site you have to keep the code up somewhere visible i will be checking the sites every so often so beware haha
&! To show me that you have read these rules on the joining form where it says 'Pint first?' put: wet the babys head
