Standard: All Spindles go down to the deck floor and attached to the facia board. Advantage: Lowest cost
4x4 Raised: 4x4 post, flat or pillar style, attached to the deck floor and facia with wood spindles raised 3 1/2" from the deck floor. Advantage: Low cost, more decorative and easy snow removal.
6x6 Premium Raised: 6x6 post, pillar style with post caps, attached to the deck floor and the facia with wood spindles raised 3 1/2" from the deck floor. Advantage: Stronger, more substantial grand appearance with easy snow removal.
6x6 Raised Decorator: Same as the 6x6 premium raised except the wood spindles are replaced with round aluminum maintenance free deckorator spindles. Advantages: Maintenance free spindles save time and money, there are a wide variety of colors choices, with reduced obstruction of the view through the railing.
