Are you a business owner or an individual who wants to sell candles out of your home? If you live in Texas you will be required to provide legal paperwork in order to sell Dreamers Candles® (see below). We require that you mail BOTH a copy of your Texas taxpayer i.d. and the Texas reseller certificate to our address as noted below. Faxed copies do not come through well at all and we do check with the Comptroller's office prior to mailing out any orders from Texas.
If you are selling from home, you must note RESIDENCE on the form below. UPS Ground considers "work at home" or "home based businesses" to be RESIDENTIAL. We would love to add you to our growing list of dealers so more people can enjoy the fragrant aroma of Dreamers Candles®!
Terms of Wholesale Dreamers Candles Sales from Elizabeth Bailey
Non-negotiable
The policies and terms of purchasing Dreamers Candles through Elizabeth Bailey are non-negotiable. Under no circumstances will haggling of any sort be tolerated. Our policies and strict enforcement of them indicate our professionalism. If you do not agree to the terms of purchase, payment and shipping, do not submit the application below.
Record on File
I must have record of your business on file before I can process your order. Make sure you have filled out the application and have received confirmation from me that you are "on file." If you are located in Texas, I require a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Permit AND a completed Texas Resale Certificate. No exceptions! Please mail this information to:

The lowest recommended price to charge a customer for a retail sale on Dreamers Candles is $15.00. The suggested retail price of Dreamers Candles is $22.95. It is highly recommended you research your locale to see if other merchants are selling Dreamers Candles and if so, offer competitive pricing. We cannot recommend a specific price that will do well.
Each dealer must order a minimum of 12 candles (1 case). You are welcome to mix and match scents in each case. Please use our wholesale order form on the Internet (password protected), call our 1-877 number or fax me your list of scents and quantities of each based on the Dreamers Candles Scents List page (see link). Effective January 1, 2004, wholesale prices are as follows:
Wholesale prices are $150.00 each for 1-2 cases plus shipping and handling charges via UPS Ground only. UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Wholesale prices are $138.00 each for 3 or more cases plus shipping and handling charges via UPS Ground only. UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You save more money per candle/per case when you order 3 or more cases.
We only sell in FULL CASES of 12 candles each in the 24 ounce size. We do not offer smaller jar sizes or votive candles. Heart candle holders designed for Dreamers Candles® are available at $11.00 each.
IMPORTANT: When ordering by the case, please email me with 3-4 scent substitutions in the event some of your candle scents are not currently available or have been discontinued.
Shipping Charges
I ship Dreamers Candles to the United States only via UPS Ground with insurance. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
I do not drop ship individual customer orders that need to be mailed. In the event you need assistance with where to obtain shipping supplies, I'm more than happy to help.
Shipments will be confirmed by email or telephone when your order has been paid in full and packaged. No orders will be shipped or delivered (see below) until payment has been received in full. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of candles. We do not offer "RUSH" orders and ask that you order EARLY to prepare for holidays in event of backorder as scents can run out of stock quickly. Contact me immediately if any of your candles arrive broken!
Pickup/Delivery--Our facility is not open to the public. Orders of 5 or more cases are welcome to schedule an appointment for delivery within a 30 mile radius of our office location in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. If you request delivery, you will be contacted to select an appointment date and time when your order is ready only, not at the time you place your order. We do not offer delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
Payment Time Frame
All orders must be paid in full within 7 days of submission. Orders are subject to cancellation if payment is not received shortly thereafter. Under no circumstances will inventory be held if payment is late.
Payment Methods
We take MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. I accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (subject to hold until cleared.) I also take credit and debit card payments via PayPal. It is highly recommended for fastest order processing to use credit card or cashier's check. We do not offer cash on delivery (NO C.O.D.'s).
