Your brochure will feature 15 best-selling candle scents and information about Dreamers Candles® to help promote sales. It will also include order forms with each of the 15 candle scents listed.
I recommend you have a set time of 2 weeks to have orders collected then returned to the Coordinator. The fundraiser coordinator will then turn in all paperwork and order forms to Elizabeth Bailey, Authorized Dreamers Candles® Dealer. Fundraiser orders cannot be shipped until all paperwork is completed and returned to Elizabeth Bailey. This includes a Tax Exemption Certificate and payment in full.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time Elizabeth Bailey, Authorized Dreamers Candles® Dealer receives orders and payment for delivery to the fundraiser coordinator. Payment is expected in full before candles are shipped. The fundraiser coordinator should collect all checks and money order payments, deposit them into fundraiser account and then write one check payable to Elizabeth Bailey, 1113 Belle Street, Bedford, TX 76022.
Your total investment including shipping to one overall address is $12.00 per candle. Suggested retail value is $21.95. Your fundraising team can determine how much profit it wants to make per candle sold. It is recommended to use flat dollar amounts such as $17.00 per candle to make money collection easier.
If you are purchasing for tax exempt reasons such as:
Religious Organizations
Charitable Organizations
Youth Athletic Organizations
Volunteer Fire Department
School Fundraiser
Cheerleading Fundraiser
Band Fundraiser
Church Fundraiser, etc.
and are in the State of Texas, you must fill out a Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption certificate. This will be provided in the fundraiser kit. All other states are exempt!

Common Questions
Why is there a charge for the fundraiser kit?
We do not profit off the kit. The cost to print the color brochure is not cheap. We print it on high quality paper using our own black and color ink. It can take 4 or more hours to print out the brochures based on the amount needed. Likewise we will send your kit either Priority Mail or UPS so shipping charges are involved. By getting money up front for the kit, we know even if you change your mind, our time for preparing and printing the kit, materials and shipping expenses have been covered.
Can we reorder the candles without buying the fundraiser kit again?
Yes, you may make a copy of the tally sheet and send that in at any time. There is a 3 case or 36 candle reorder minimum.
Is the fundraiser kit required to conduct a fundraiser?
No. You are welcome to order candles wholesale as long as you provide us with a signed exemption certificate and follow the wholesale requirements outlined. Note: A picture is worth 1,000 words. Most people want to “see” what they are buying before making a purchase. Unless your customer base for the fundraiser is familiar with Dreamers Candles®, it may be hard to get larger volumes of orders to benefit your organization.
Can we change the scents up to better suit our needs?
Yes, the kit is not pre-printed so you may pick your own scents as long as they are not on the discontinued list. The list of scents for Spring and Fall are some of our best selling candles but you are welcome to choose other scents you think will sell well.
Why do you not provide free samples so we can see how strong the candle scent is, burn time, appearance, quality, etc.?
Most organizations who come to us for fundraisers are familiar with the high quality of Dreamers Candles®. It is not cost effective for us to mail out a 24 ounce candle for free to organizations who may later use another company for their fundraiser. We get hundreds of requests for fundraising. Imagine the time and money involved to invoice, pack and ship candles only to be rejected. We recommend buying one of our 24 ounce candles at the retail price to sample.
