Terms of Sale

Prices and Shipping Costs/Responsibility: All candles are $15.00 each. Heart candle holders designed for Dreamers Candles® are $14.00 each.; Cases (12 candles of your choice) are available for $178.00. When ordering by the case, please email me with your choices. Also send 3-4 scent substitutions in the event your candle is not currently available or has been discontinued. Shipping/handling is FREE when you order a full case. Sales tax of 8.25% will still apply to residents of Texas. Full cases are mailed out either Parcel Post or UPS Ground only.; Shipments will be confirmed by email when your order has been paid and packaged. I'm doing my best to get candles out within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed and payment has been received as long as no substitutions are needed! Please note that checks will take longer to process to ensure they have cleared. Contact me immediately if your candle arrives broken!
Payment Time Frame: Please pay for your order within 10 days of submitting it (including weekends). Orders are subject to cancellation if payment is not received shortly thereafter. No orders will be shipped until payment has been received.
Payment Methods: Cashier's check and money orders are preferred methods of payment. Personal checks are welcome but are subject to a 10 day hold to make sure the check clears. I do accept credit cards through Pay Pal and my favorite c2it (Citibank). I take MasterCard and VISA as well on my secure shopping cart. Due to recent fraudulent transactions, I no longer accept payments by Bill Point/ebay payments.
Sales Tax: Residents of Texas pay 8.25% sales tax on items ordered plus shipping/handling costs.
Money Back Guarantee: 10 day return policy if you are not pleased with candle scent upon delivery. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable.
