I enjoy fishing... the whole process from beginning to end...
YES! I can bait my own hook, catch and clean my own fish, and then take'em in the house and fry'em up! LOL

I enjoy dancing, playing board games and brain games (NOT mind games!) and reading. I like to cuddle up on the sofa and watch good movies. I also spend a lot of time with my son. I enjoy intelligent conversation.

My favorite music is Country,(after all, I was raised in DEEP East Texas...it's a whole 'nother country!)I'll listen to everything from Patsy Cline and Ernest Tubb to Garth Brooks and Martina McBride, and not to mention Willie, Waylon, and Asleep At The Wheel! I'm a whole lot Country, and a little bit Rock 'n Roll... My tastes in Rock varies somewhat. At any given moment in my house you might hear the sounds of Bob Seger, Melissa Etheridge, kd lang, The Beach Boys, John Mellencamp, or, of course, Bruce Springsteen.

I'm an avid writer of letters to members of legislature about children's health and education issues. I also try to help out parents when they need someone to support them with school issues. I'm active in support groups for parents of children with Bipolar Disorder, a neurological brain disorder sometimes referred to as a "mental illness". Commando Moms unite!!!

I'm not as active as I used to be in BBW functions and events in the area.
Now I generally just make it to one or two parties a year...Christmas and/or New Years Eve. I'm the co-founder of Sexy BBW of Texas, a group for BBW / BHM and their admirers, based in the Greater Houston Area. We just celebrated our fourth anniversary.
