One World Government: A good Idea by David Morris

One World Government is something which should not be shunned. It should be embraced.

In this paper, I will argue that the advantages of One World Government are no war, absolutely free trade, no border checks and a reduction in poverty.  The disadvantage is a fear of the unknown, and is not very significant

Part one of this treatsie will be a outline of conceptions of anti-nationalism and/or an anational world throughout the ages.

The Stoics were a popular philisophical group in Hellenistic Greece.  They often talked about a "citizen of the world." (Epictetus, The Discourses as Reported by Arrian The Manual 2.10.3)  This meant that one would view others as being valued and just as important as someone who lived in your own nation.
