For those of us who think too much  imagine where the wind has gone
it's old journey far and long
 pushing between city streets expand
or blowing freely across desolate land
 Running up mountainous peaks
causing body's of water to drown the weak
think of the power and then

    When the wind blows

Imagine for a moment that the wind could remove
A thought or a feeling that you disapprove

      Imagine your thought a tumbleweed
        rolling away leaving you freed

Just stand still as the wind rushes by
face the wind and close your eyes

Be willing, let go, as it takes flight
cause holding on will create a kite

Surface the feelings or thoughts in your mind
For the wind is known to take what it finds.        Sheila Downs 3-00
