| Sunday, November 30, 2003 Did the Food For Thought thing yesterday. It was fun. Went to Algrim & Sons Funeral Home to play mini golf. That basement is an 80s kid’s dream come true. There were classic arcade games like Tron and Choplifter. They don't make them like they used to... La Tasca is pretty solid. The waitstaff were very accommodating when we asked to be moved to a bigger table. The food was very good. There weren’t any to-die-for dishes but everything was well-made. We finished the night with “Love Actually”. It was a great movie. I'm adding it to my list of DVDs to buy. |
