My first reaction to the video I got with Trunks in it from FUNimation was that it was just like the Garlic Jr saga it was going good but they cut out the part when Gohan gets hit by that ugly school guy and starts bleeding, that didn't bug me too much..until I heard King Cold. The only thing I can say about his voise is.... uhh...umm...nevermind. The Japanese King Cold sounds more manly and deap like a guy, I laughed when I heard his new voise..
The most badest bad bad thing about it is Trunks's voise...I don't even want to think about it...Trunks sounds sexy and manly in Japanese and in this one oh boy, can't even compare it!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Where to start.. lets see as I said before the Gohan bleed thing.
When Vegeta is taking his shower he does not say servent woman get me a drying cloth, he says "Woman..Earth woman?", Bulma says she has a name "bulma" and to use it. Vegeta says "Where are my cloths?" Bulma says that there are some in there for him and Vegeta says he doesn't want to wear them, so Bulma say "Come out naked then." Vegata gets mad and comes out. Bulma say they look good on him then everyone (ie Yamcha Puar Oolong..etc..) starts laughing at him then he says he will kill them if they don't shut up.
next..
Yacha says Vegeta is a fast bastard since he had to fly at his very most top speed to keep up when they flew to where they felt Freeza comming.
Trunks's opening line 'Ah so you must be Freeza' is really sappose to be "I am here to kill you."
(I will have all of Trunks's real lines up soon, this is one I really had to put up! They make him sound so arrogant, but he really isn't like that!!!!)
When Trunks cuts up Freeza's men the body parts fall to the ground in front of them, very gross not show in the English DBZ.
When Freeza kills one of his own men he sticks his arm right through him all the way and then pulls his arm back out and the guy says "Freeza...sama..." Then falls to the ground dead.
Bulma asks if Vegeta can do anything about Freeza, Vegeta yells at her saying "If you don't want to die with us then go home stupid woman." Bulma says "Stupid?!" Yamcha says "Hey Vegeta you can't call Bulma stupid!" Bulma is glad that she is being stuck up for and Yamcha continues "...she is just one of the most stubborn bitches around." Bulma yells at him and grabbes him by the ear "I'm not like that at all!" She says "Oh right." Yamcha agrees ten everyone there (everyone but Vegeta and Piccolo, Gohan Krillin Tein Choutsu.) start laughing. Krillin say that might be thier last laugh then everyone goes to find where Freeza landed
I am sorry I did not see the begining of today's DBZ so I do not know what they cut out of the death of King Cold or Freeza so I will just explain what happen in the Japanese one and you can see the difference if you seen it.
Trunks cuts freeza in half the episode ends, the next one shows Trunks slice him into about 20 more parts including hin two feet and three parts of his tail and five chest parts and his two head pieces and four leg parts, they float around a few seconds then Trunks does his cool arm thing then blasts the pieces into ashes.
Trunks lands and so does King Cold King Cold asks Trunks to join him so he could rule the universe with his, Trunks says "I'm not interested" then King Cold say he thought it was a good idea then says to Trunks how his sword is so nice and it must have a good blade to cut up someone as savage as Freeza. He yet again goes on about what a nice sword it is. Then he askes if he can take a look at it. Trunks doesn't say anything he is quiet the whole time. King Cold askes whats wrong is he afraid to lend him the sword? Trunks smirks pulls out his sword and tosses it to King Cold. He looks it over and says again how nice of a sword it is. Trunks says "What are trying to say." King Cold says "What? Simple! With out this sword, you can't beat me." Trunks is still and quiet. King Cold attacks swigging the sword at Trunks. Trunks stops it with one hand. King Cold freaks out. Trunks slowly steps forward as King Cold backs up not able to hold his ground. "Looks like it wasn't just the sword." Trunks says putting his hand on King Colds chest and blasting a hole through him. King Cold pukes up blood until he slams up against the wall and slides down it leave a trail of blood down it. He says "Please don't kill me, I'll give you a planet! No a whole star system! Please!!!" Trunks blasts him away then the ship.

Vegeta doesn't get mad and say "haven't you ever seen a pink shirt before?" He says "If you really are a Saiyajin I wouldn't look so interesting to you."
Trunks says sorry. And Vegeta doesn't say that Trunks can have his shirt, matter of fact nothing is even said about his pink bad man shirt EVER.
There is a can in Trunks little refridge that says BEER on it no one says anything about what flavor they want.....
Yamcha doesn't say anything about having a seceret name but he wanted to know how old Trunks was and he ancers 17. |
