Tyr Officials

			This new title has been added to the guild to help faciliate order while the leader is not on.  The people who have proven their worth and loyalty to the guild have been chosen to be Officials for Tyr.  On the members page T.O. will appear before their names to honor them with this title and responsiblity.  Do not ask the leader to become an official he will choose you based on your actions so asking will only get you not chosen. The power the Officials have are they are in charge while the leader is not on.  Ranks still apply among the officials as well and that is how is determined who has the most authority while the leader is not present.  They will act as a council and work together.  They all will have officials seats upon the Grand Council of Tyr as well.  You must listen to them as you would to the leader while the leader is not on.  The leader will get reports on peoples behavior from the Officials and make judgements based on this information.  It is expected though that the Officials will not abuse their power and if this occurs I would like anything reported directly to the leaders email so that the leader may deal with any transgressions.  Rules are going to be enforced even more now and so listen to the Officials and pay attention while they are making announcements and things.
