Season 1 Summary
The Premiere of ONLY LOVE introduces us to Tyrone, his girlfriend Jade, his ex-girlfriend Louise and his best friend Jordan. We also become acquainted with Louise's cousin Leroy, Jade's best friend Tamera and Jonathan the college troublemaker. Throughout Season 1 we see Louise starting out by attempting to break up Tyrone and Jade, and her constantly trying to seduce Tyrone. Eventually Louise finds solace in Jordan over Tyrone's rejections, but after a short time she ends her relationship with Jordan. Additionally we observe Leroy's up and down relationship with his on/off girlfriend Halle, Jonathan's unrequited feelings for Louise and see Tamera reject a life changing career offer from Arianna. By mid-season Tyrone proposes to Jade. However the night before the wedding, Louise finally succeeds in seducing Tyrone and they sleep together. Still, the wedding goes ahead. Tyrone wants to focus on his love for Jade and so dismisses Louise who eventually ends up having a one night stand with Jonathan. It is in the Season Finale that Jade discovers Tyrone's indiscretion and decides to end her subsequently short term marriage with Tyrone. * Season 1 features two 2 part stories.
