DZ PICTURES

These are just some pictures I took while hanging around Jumptown. I hope no one in them minds them being put on here. I asked some people but not all. If anyone objects just let me know and I'll take them right down.

Jumptown!!

Of course, you need a plane! Here is our King Air with John, the plane's owner.

And this is Joe, the boxer and owner of John.

The plane is no good without a pilot. This is Billy.

Waiting on the steps.... Somebody, Jeff, Colleen, Darien, Bernie, Chris and Jud.

Chris giving Boomer another gear check. Somebody, Jeff, Jud and Diane, amazing organizer of manifest, are in the background.

CJ and Boomer heading to the plane.

Jeff (Cookie), Bernie (Boomer) and Chris (CJ).

Jay walking back from the plane.

Sage filling in her logbook after a long day instructing S/L students.

The big, bald guy. Glenn and his wife, Charlene (below) are traveling all over the country visiting and working at different DZ's for a while. We were lucky enough to have them stay with us for a couple months. Glenn is a great videographer and Charlene is a fantastic tandem master. She has a wonderful way of explaining things and she even took an extremely TALL young man on a jump. It was amazing to watch! We will miss them a lot!!! .

Charlene on her way back in after a jump.

Glenn showing off one of his awesome pictures. This one is of B&B, the 4 way team.

People and dogs patiently waiting for the canopies to come down.

Casey and his dad, Jay.

Dave G, Dave and Paul after a jump.

Dan driving a group of students back in from the bowl. Dan does an awesome job on radio teaching you how to control your canopy.

It wouldn't be Jumptown without Joe. Hey.... did you know he can tell the difference between a democrat and a republican???

The Quiet Man with the virgin ears.

This is Sebastian, a terrific little guy who will probably be a great skydiver someday. It's in his genes. He already throws the Fisher Price people out of their plane!

Leslie and Gary kicking back after a great day skydiving.

Adela, who recently graduated AFF, and Kevin, a tandem master and one of the friendliest guys on the DZ. I love listening to him talk to his students on the way up to altitude. It always helps me relax.

Charlene and Dave hanging out after a busy day.

Dave, Charlene, Jay and Paul relaxing.

Dave G. a man of many talents. He's a great level VIII coach, flies the birdsuit sometimes and goes to Bridge Day!

Charlene and Jay R relaxing at the end of the day.
