Sabbat oil

To promote Communion with the deities
Full Moon Oil

used to attune the body with Lunar energies
GODDESS OIL
3 pts Rose
2 pts Tuberose

1 pt Ambergris
To Honor the Goddess
Altar Oil
4 pts Frankinsence
3 parts Myrrh
1 pt Galangal
1 pt Vervain
1 pt Lavender
Use this on your altar at regular intervals to
purify and empower your altar.
** note when mixing oils use a GLASS eye dropper
and also use Glass vials. Also make sure your
oils are of a good oil base.
Stay away from synthetic oils, use natural oils

INCENSE Recipes
To make incense, simply grind the ingredients and mix them. Burn them on a charcoal block in your censor.
Circle Incense
4 pts Frankinsence
2 pts Myrrh
2 pts Benzoin
1 pt Sandlewood
1/2 pt Rose Petals ( dried )
1/4 pt Vervain
1/4 pt Rosemary
1/4 pt Bay
Good for in circles for all types of Rituals & Spells
Altar Incense
3 pts Frankinsence
2 pts Myrrh
1 pt Cinnamon
Used to purify and to promote ritual consciousness
during rituals
Full Moon Incense
2 pts Sandlewood
2 pts Frankinsence
1/2 pt Gardenia
1/4 pt Rose Petals
a few drops of Ambergris Oil
Burn during Esbats or simply at the Full moon
to help attune with the Goddess
Spring Sabbat Incense
3 pts Frankinsence
2 pts Sandlewood
1 pt Benzoin
1 pt Cinnamon
few drops of Patchouly Oil
for spring and summer Sabbat rituals
Fall Sabbat Incense
3 pts Frankinsence
2 pts Myrrh
1 pt Rosemary
1 pt Cedar
1 pt Juniper
for fall and winter Sabbats
** please note: When making incense, try them out before you use in a ritual.
Also, if you want to use oils in place of some
ingredients as they will also give off a nice odor when burnt on a Charcoal Block. They can be mixed to punk to give
it a body as well.
These ingredients, if used in oil base
can also be used to
make your own incense sticks.
Crescent Cakes
1 cup finely ground almonds
1 1/4 Cup flour
1/2 cup icing sugar (confectioner's sugar)
2 drops almond extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
Combine almonds, flour, sugar & extract
until thoroughly mixed. With your hand work the
butter and egg yolk. Chill dough.
Preheat oven to 350F. Pinch off dough and shape to your choice. Place on a greased pan and cook for about 20 mins.
SOFT MEAD
1 qt water
1 cup honey
1 sliced lemon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Boil all the ingredients in a non metalic pot
While boiling scrap off the scum with a wooden spoon.
When no more rises ..scum..
add:
pinch of salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
Strain and cool. Drink in place of alcoholic mead or ale.
