What you have all been waiting for... the DIY Ford 9" torque arm bracket.
First I'll start out with the mounts on the housing that the bracket bolts to.  I used some 1" x .25" x 12" steel pipe (very pricy stuff, about $15 a foot.  Actually I don't remember but it was a lot.)  What do you expect to have 1/4" thick pipe?  I then tapped it out for 3/4" bolts, of which I used grade 8.  At first I was going to  keep the pipe unthreaded and just run long bolts through and nut them on the end, but I figured this would keep it cleaner.  There is nothing harder than trying to tap the whole length of a tap inside of a pipe.  I must have spent at least an hour on each one tapping by hand.
There she is boys and girls.. the pics you have been waiting for.  I'll give you a breif rundown of the process.
*Transfer over your control arm and spring brackets.  Don't forget the one for the brake hose.
*Fabricate Torque arm mount.  Notice mine was a bit long?  I made it extra long so I knew I would have enough so I could put the mount anywhere I wanted on the housing.
*You can then figure the placement of the mounts for the torque arm.
*Weld everything up and bolt it all in.
Good luck. If you need more explanation than that, I can't help you.  I don't think I could explain it even if I wanted to.  This is mostly just for design ideas.  Sorry.
