Hmm, ok, I'll give it a shot.
But if ya think I know what was goin' on,
I'll tell ya straight off, I did not!
Maybe the reason for my confusion,
If any of y'all are carin',
Is I thought we'd be gettin' some answers,
To what the heck's goin' on with Aeryn!
But that didn't happen, not even close
We still don't know what went on.
What she did when she was away,
And what she is keepin' from John.
And what was wrong with Moya?
I didn't get that part, did you?
It made me feel like I came in, in the middle
Like I missed part 1, and this was 2.
I was also confused by the repeatin' scenes,
I figured it was de'ja-vu.
Or maybe it was vu-ja de'
That explanation works for me too.
Anyway, Chiana gets kicked off the planet,
For havin' a little "fun",
But it's ok for Sikozu,
To mess around with the Prefects son!
And Aeryn sees herself doin' things
That she knows she never would do.
I don't think she could kill innocent people,
Let alone, hit a child, do you?
But she does, she kills 17 people
And then injures D'Argo, in the fray.
Then turns, as though nothin' happened,
Stares straight ahead, and walks away.
Now the authorities want the assassin,
And they think the crew was in on the plot,
The Prefects son says he'll find the killer,
And takin' John is the best chance that he's got.
So together they set out to find Aeryn,
Then the kid decides to kill John.
But Sikozu shows up and dissuades him,
They decide to split up, and move on.
Then John starts singin' Loch Lomand,
Oh that was so sad to hear.
He sits down and hears Aeryn say, "Behind you".
He turns, and she's sittin' right there.
She's confused about what had just happened
Why she did it? She hasn't a clue.
Then she remembers a bug bite.
Yeah, a bug made her do it, that's new!
Then John gets bit by an insect
And he "sees" himself killin' the priest,
So he gives Winona to Aeryn,
Now he won't kill HIM, at least.
More bug bites, the things are a - swarmin',
They're gettin' stung one after the other.
Though they're tryin' to fight it, it's gettin' too
hard
Now they're pointin' their guns at one another!!
"Fight it", John says, and they're tryin',
As a pulse blast flies past his head.
He fires back, but he misses,
He loves Aeryn, otherwise she'd be dead!
He says he thinks "the coin toss ended badly".
And Aeryn agrees that is true.
But the urge to shoot's gettin' stronger,
So it seems that's what they're gonna do!
But D'Argo and Chiana tackle them.
Then the bad guy, (who I thought was dead)
Rises up, he's fixin' to kill them.
When the priest, buzz-saws off his head!!
When he dies, so does the urge to kill.
They don't want to shoot each other no more.
And while the others deal with one last bad guy,
John and Aeryn lie, holdin' hands, on the floor.
Now Aeryn kneels by the grave site,
While the child sits quietly near-by.
And John walks up, he touches her hair,
And she leans her head on his thigh.
Now I saw this as a sign,
Maybe I'm seein' too much, with my heart.
But John and Aeryn belong together,
And that seemed like a really good start.
