YEAR/MAJOR: I am a junior here at UAA. (right on target!)
HOMETOWN: Currently I call Anchorage my home (duh!)
HOBBIES/INTERESTS: I love to play volleyball, watch out though, I tend to get a bit into it. I love to read (yay! I’m a nerd!) I like Disney movies, love scary movies, and like to paint. I love That 70’s Show, Malcolm in the Middle, South Park, and Trigger Happy. I enjoy working out, and learning new things. I love to travel, and plan to have seen the world by the time I’m 25. Oh yeah… I’m addicted to snowboarding!
WHY I JOINED THIS GROUP: I joined this group for numerous reasons. I was interested in Greek life from the start of my college career, and ASA has proved to be the right choice for me. When I first heard of Alpha Sigma Alpha, I was excited. Needless to say ASA has been astounding in everyway. The girls are such a wonderful group, and friendships are easy to construct. Something else that caught me off guard was the genuineness of the group. I have been trying to make UAA a more traditional college campus since I have arrived, and enlarging the Greek community was a step in the right direction.
GOALS FOR THE GROUP: I would love to see ASA become a prominent sorority here at UAA, and for our name to become well known in the entire Anchorage area.
FUN FACT: I just learned how to land jumps while snowboarding, so if you ever need some company on the hill just email me!
