In the years 2214 to 2216, the Harponian people established a separate entity from the UAN government- the StarArmada. This establishment is focused on space exploration. The UAN is entitled to inspect and use these vessles, but only on the permission of the Harponian poeple. If there is an emergency, the UAN can overide the Harponian people's lock, and can use the vessles. This must be in an extreme emergency. The Harponian people have outfitted these vessles with weaponry and shield technologies. There are now talks with the UAN for the StarArmada to be the miltary arm of the UAN. |
